Terms and Conditions

These General Conditions are applied to the purchase and sale agreement of this website (www.pop-busters.com) between LinlabStudio, LDA., with headquarters at Avenida da Portela, nº700, 4820-743 Arões, São Romão, Fafe, Portugal and with the tax number: 513402586, as seller (POPBUSTERS) and the Buyer who made a product purchase in this website.

1. Application of the General Sales Conditions

 When making purchases on the website (www.pop-busters.com), the Buyer accepts these General Conditions of Sale.


2. Product prices

The Sales Price corresponds to the price during the purchase process and includes VAT at the current rate.

To the price of the product the shipping and/or delivery price is added, when applicable.

POPBUSTERS cannot be held when the costumer has a computer, manual, technical problem or any other computational error that causes a change in the sale, transport or delivery price (including change without discount value). In cases where your POPBUSTERS purchase is considered invalid or canceled you will be informed by email so that you can make another purchase.


3. Product availability

The online sales platform (www.pop-busters.com) is built and designed so that the Customer can know, in advance, the availability of the product. However, POPBUSTERS is unable to avoid stockouts, namely as a result of majeure force.

In cases where it is not possible for POPBUSTERS to ensure delivery of the product purchased by the Customer within (15) days, POPBUSTERS will credit the Customer for the amount spent, using the same payment method used by the Customer, excludind pre-order.

In the case of Pre-sales, the announced launch date is the one communicated by the supplier and the quantities previously ordered by POPBUSTERS are made available to our customer. As the announced date is the one communicated by the supplier, POPBUSTERS cannot be held responsible for any delays or changes to the launch dates initially planned by the supplier.


4. Product presentation

4.1. The products for sale are described and presented according to their original characteristics and with the information that was provided by the respective responsible.

POPBUSTERS makes every effort to ensure that the information presented on the POPBUSTERS website is free from typographical errors and whenever this happens, we will correct them as soon as possible.

In case the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer will be informed and will have the right to cancel his purchase order.

4.2. The products sold in the popbusters.com website follow the European Union guarantee legislation and consumer protection code, and may be observed in the terms and conditions freely published on this website.


5. Payment methods

The payment systems available are those announced at the bottom of the website.

However, we clarify in this Terms and Conditions:

6. Delivery of products

 All purchases made online will be delivered to the address indicated by the consumer, when filling out the purchase form.

Purchase a product assume the advance or simultaneous payment of the price of the product and, when applicable, the price of transport and/or delivery.

Deliveries are made during business hours (9:00 am to 7:00 pm) depending on the shipping company and the transporter route.

Depending on the destination, shipping times can range from 2-14 business days.


7. Returns

7.1. POPBUSTERS will accept the return of products, as long as it is made within 14 days from the moment the order is shipped.

7.2. The products must be delivered, in good condition, without having been tried, in their original and with the packaging intact, together with the purchase invoice, offers and other contents.

7.3. The return must be previously sent to our customer care line, via email – customer.care@pop-busters.com, indicating the order number, products to be returned and their respective references, reason for the products returns.

7.4. The products must be returned to the address indicated by the customer care line, as the respective costs will be the customer responsibility.

7.5.  When applicable, the payment will be returned within 3-14 business days after POPBUSTERS returned merchandise verification.

7.6. The returned products must be sent by mail, and the Customer need to follow the bullet points in 7.3. point. In any case, the return will only be accepted if the product and packaging are returned together with the purchase invoice and if the products are in accordance with our Return Policy. Information regarding the following procedures can be found on the POPBUSTERS website (Shipping and Returns).

7.7. Purchases made between December 1st and December 31st have a deadline for return until January 31st of the following year.


8. Liability regarding the use of the internet

POPBUSTERS has no responsibility for possible damages or problems from internet use, such as external intrusions or computer viruses.


9. Order cancellation

It is only possible to cancel an order, in whole or in part, if it has not been processed or shipped. To proceed with the cancellation, you must immediately contact our Customer Care line. Make sure you have your order number with you.

Once the cancellation has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email to the address you used to place the order, within 2 to 4 hours, on business days. Normally there is no debit, but if it has been done, you will be refunded the value of the canceled products.


*Paypal and Mbway payments are refunded immediately.

*Payments by Credit Card or Visa, the reservation is cancelled.

*For payments by ATM reference, we will need that you provide your NIB/IBAN to our customer care line.


11. Customer care 

We ask you to send us your doubts and suggestions, as well as any complaints through our contact form, through the postal address (Avenida da Portela, nº700, 4820-743 Arões, São Romão, Fafe, Portugal) or via e- mail (customer.care@pop-busters.com).

Your complaints and claims will be dealt with in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within a maximum period of one month.

If, as a consumer you believe that your rights have been violated, you can forward your complaint to us at customer.care@pop-busters.com to request an out-of-court dispute resolution.


Please note that our Customer Care line, by phone, is available from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm (Portugal, Lisbon - Time Zone)


10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

 All questions related to these General Conditions are applicable to Portuguese law.

To settle all disputes regarding to this contract, the Braga District Jurisdiction agree, with express waiver of any other.
